recently had a guy hit me from behind contacted them within 2 hours of accident 7 days later still awaiting auth to repair car would not approve my broker who had them on there list and tried to put claim to third party and did not inform me i had to fill a form in before they would do repait i was let down and am still awaiting for car to be repaired i wonder if there is adult in this office as they kept repeating question example asked if i had any witness when after the police had arrested the guy for wrong information had to call them at least 20 times on a 0844 number which cost a fortune from a mobile
