“Poor Service from Markerstudy Insurance ”

I am the owner of a vehicle that another driver crashed into the back of writing the car off and the only contact I have had with them is over the phone,no written correspondence at all from the company.I was hoping that they would assist me in claiming for the inconvenience it has caused me taking into consideration I AM 80% DISABLED AND I RELY ON A CAR TO GET ME AROUND,SO MUCH FOR CARING FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.So they have failed me in so much as a caring Insurance Co for those with limited mobility problems.
