Customer service couldn't be bothered to deal with my prob and so put me on hold at my cost and never returned to me. You told me I had 2 years no claims and then after I had bought a new car and budgeted for that car you failed to send me my no claims. Then said there was a claim outstanding for the 1st year but you still have not sent me my 2nd year no claims proof. I can only assume this is because your staff are lazy.
