Recently sold my car and had to cancel policy. Policy £160 annually and I paid it all in advance.
When I went to ask to have policy cancelled after 8 months because I was selling my car I was told there would be an administrative fee, which is fair enough. However they then explained it would cost me £55 to cancel! I got £6.60 back from the policy...absolute rip off.

Best to avoid Lloyds unless you know that you will not be changing anything as their admin fees are ridiculously expensive.

Never made a claim with them for anything, but I can honestly claim that I can not recommend Lloyds and would be apprehensive of any of their other services.
