After having an accident 2 weeks I was told that I could have a courtesy car as my policy said I was entitled.
I waited 3 hours to hear from enterprise and after no call rang them myself only to be told they could do nothing for me due to the complexity of the claim.
Irrespective of this I should be entitled to a car if my policy states.
Covered insurance pass me from pillar to post and have found this a very unpleasant experience.
I have one letter from covea which I promptly sent back apart from this I have had no correspondence which is unacceptable.
When I asked how I was supposed to get to work which is 15 miles away I was told borrow a car from a friend or family member.
Absolute shambles what is the point in being a legal driver ?
