This insurance company has took my deposit and the next day emailed me telling me I have failed the credit check and therefore they can't insure me so in 7 days my policy will be cancelled and they will take a DAY rate (probably about £30-£40) out of my deposit and then a cancellation fee so in other words I'm not getting any of my deposit back or being covered by them I think this is bang out of order why not do the credit check first? Why take my money and then do it? I advise anybody that sees this to avoid at ALL costs.
