After commencing a policy online I have had numerous calls and letters saying the price is going up and to cancel the policy I will not get my £600 back and will have to pay a further £40 cancellation fee. Advisors are rude and most uneducated, they cannot be trusted to provide you with the correct details. I was told I was given to much online discount for this reason my policy has shot up by nearly £200.
