I have three vehicles insured with you and always get prompt reminders and good prices, plus more importantly the option not to automatic renew. When i renew i can do it online very simply, which to me as a mobile phone user is important as i hate numbers beginning 08. This is annoying when i get a new vehicle with you, but once insurance purchased it is simple going forward.
I think last time i had to phone you was to change insurance from one motorbike to another. Phone call lasted 20 minutes and probably cost more than the insurance increase for a more modern and bigger engine motorbike.
