Lose My Money Every Month

I have been battling with LV Insurance for several months as I had to change to a budget account from direct debit. First of all I was given the wrong account details and they lost two payments by giving my money to someone else and they had to find it and write it off. In April they told me a different number, refused to allow me to make a payment over the phone and again lost my money. I complained each time in writing and was assured it would not happen again. IN May they lost two more payments. In June I was sent another default notice, the seventh, as seven times they had lost money even though I paid well in advance. I phoned and insisted they find the money. I complained twice in June and was ignored. I got a 7 day cancellation notice sent to me via email; to an email address I no longer use. I complained and got told to prove it. Then I got a call saying they had found my missing money and it was not a cancellaion letter but just something to make me pay up. It is a cancelation letter; I can read. Pay up or we cancel 7 days from now. I emailed again and got told the payments are now up to date, I was sending the money to the correct details but it is my fault as I do not pay by direct debit. What a complete joke. Keep clear.
