I received a renewal premium saying they had got a better price than last year so as I was just about to go on holiday did not look at it properly. When I got back I realised I was paying twice the premium I paid last year !! When I phoned up I did get a better quote but thats not the point, I had to pay the first premium istallment at the higher price.
