Insurance application & cost 5 star REVIEW. WELL DONT.
BUT Free MOT & WEB booking process - 2 star
I was shunted around a poor Website mot booking page trying to book free mot. Made at least three attempts to book. Reserved time but would let me confirm free mot so i rang local garage to try and book directly. failed. They can't do it and told me to ring customer services. Tried ringing Customer service lots of times... got cut off twice. given a code to use on the website (failed)until I finally got very annoyed & fought my way through the automated phone system and demanded support. IMPROVE IT. PLEASE.
