We posted copies of our driving licences and no-claim discount to you as requested however your verification department did not receive them and sent us an email threatening us with police action for not producing these papers. We immediately emailed copies of the documents to you and requested a reply confirming that we were actually insured or not, it was actually several days later that you replied to our request. In the meantime I was actually getting other quotes from companies. We have been customers of Kwik-Fit for a number of years and really felt threatened by your attitude.
The service from the call center was however excellent as they reassured us that the policy was in fact in place.
The language used by the verification department was not necessary and very alarming this caused a lot of stress for both of us. It is for reason that I would not recommend your company.
