Received the renewal notice 5 days before the existing policy ran out. This left me no time to get other quotes. Rang the contact centre to ensure no payment was taken from my account. The operator couldnt care less to be honest. A day later i checked my account and payment had been taken. I had also found a cheaper quote. Rang back and luckily got someone more interested who matched the quote and arranged a refund of the difference. Checked my account again three days later to find the refund had gone through BUT kwikfit had deducted the original amount again. So back on the phone i went and was told that i needed to get some info from my bank so that the payment could be refunded. This is what i did and then passed this onto kwikfit. Eventually my account balance showed correct. A huge amount of time and energy wasted on my part and not even an offer of a free MOT for the inconvenience!!
