I had used KwikBuck for the past 5 years as they were the cheapest on the comparison websites. I had the CHEEK to try and change my car approx 5 months into this policy and was told that the company I was with couldn't quote for this car so tried another company who were about twice the price!. Needless to say I said no, as CONFUSED.COM had far better quotes.
I was then told I had to pay a canellation fee of £50.... for a car they coudlnt insure!!. The argument was that they had given me another quote from another company.
Still fighting this charge now, and customer service is NILL.
Would never use them again.... I have 2 cars so theyre loss.
I avoid Kwik-Buck like the plague if I need a tyre or anything......why would there insurance be any better??

RIP OFF MERCHANTS.......... GO ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU REQUIRE SERVICE AND PLAIN POLITENESS
