Brilliant service

Fantastic service. Easy to set up my insurance. Had to call up to help with replacing my windscreen. The service from the call centre was brilliant and so friendly I can not remember the gentlemans name but he had said let me try and make your day better and that was so lovely to say and he really did make a distressing situation really uplifting. When I called up I wasn't waiting hours on end to get my call answered. It was quickly answered and I went to the correct department. I really do have to praise the people in the call centre as they where really really helpful and made my day so much better.

The insurance covers everything that you would need it to cover. The insurance I have is the heap eat on the market with everything covered in it.

I would highly recommend Hastings to anyone looking for insurance.

The insurance booklets online are a brilliant idea as you don't have to store them somewhere in your house and then loose them. Hey are there whenever you need them.
