Hi, After speeking to one of your representatives( a male) whos name I didnt get, I almost decided not to go with hastings, his attitude was negative to say the least, ignorant at best. However I decided to call back, and got a lady who was absolutely brilliant, she got ME the best deal and YOU another customer. She is a credit to your company, a really pleasant lady and knows your products inside out. It was a pleasure dealing with her. She deserves promotion or at least a pay rise!! and no I am not a relative or friend, just a very happy customer who believes good service deserves good feedback.I hope this review goes to the TOP.
