Their initial quote for my policy was pretty good, it wasn't the cheapest, but the excesses were good, so I went with them.
Then I had nothing to do with them, nothing happened, no need to be in contact with them.
Then I received my renewal quote, and it was offensive. The policy was originally £350, the renewal £562. The usual websites came back with a plethora of prices under £250 for a new policy with the same details, even Hastings Direct gave me a quote for a shade over £300.
I find the renewal price and quote offensive and will not use this company again

Thanks for your time in reviewing us, I appreciate your feedback. We find that online quotes become cheaper when the details we collected a year previously have changed or are updated online. We can use them to re-quote you after amending your policy and will find in the avast majority of cases that we can pricematch. Call us free and we can do the same for you.
