Great low price

Price was absolutely brilliant, and it was very easy to purchase the insurance through the website.

Afterwards I was contacted for a lot of information compared to other insurance companies though. But it gave me an excuse to scan it and it's always good to have paper copies.

I emailed this back but didn't get confirmation of receipt. I wanted to check it was received so asked their twitter account and got great feedback very quickly. It's good to have these communication options when you are working all day and don't have time to wait for an operator on the phone (as I'm sure I would have had to).

Today I got my full certificate, I'm sure I'll look at other companies next year, but if Hastings are the cheapest again I will not hesitate to renew.

I probably would have liked to know all the information I had to supply, as soon as I bought the insurance. Then I could have got onto it quicker rather than waiting to be contacted a week later. But not a complaint really!
