Took out the policy online with no problems, received a confirmation email straight away with links to download the policy documents - all very easy.

I haven't had to make a claim so I can't comment on how their customer service is.

I would have liked a little more information in the email so that I didn't have to dig through policy documents for it or call to find out - specifically, what to do about proof of no claims discount, as lots of insurers make you send them proof from your last insurer before you're covered.

I also don't really like that the policy automatically renews, although this tactic is very common so it's not a major issue for me.

Otherwise a very satisfactory, very easy to use service, at a good price.
