They will be cheap in the comparison tables. Why not, you say, they can't be that bad. Wrong! If you have the misfortune to be involved in a claim you will see their true colours and it ain't pretty. Shouty, rude, ignorant customer service who couldn't give a toss. Every trick in the book is deployed to screw their customer further.

No doubt their digital guardians will reply expressing a desire to look into things. But of course it is all a front, from my bitter experience an anti-customer streak runs very deep in this insurer. Do yourself a favour, steer clear unless you can guarantee you will not experience a claim.
