Straight Foreward and Easy Search For Competative Quote.
A request for copies of driving licences via telephone was supposed to be confirmed by post, this confirmation was never received. I was expecting a letter which did NOT arrive and therefore took no action.
I would have thought it would have been preferable to confirm the request via email as well as post.
Next a letter arrives whilst we are on holiday saying our insurance will be cancelled if we do not answer within 6 days, and the 6 days expire 2 days before we return.
I managed to avoid cancellation by phoning your help centre and finally managed to comply with the original request and have my insurance in place.
