I was charged an additional £30 on top of my premium for a so called accident that never took place, i then sent proof from my previous insurers which the halifax then accepted. I have never received the £30 back after numerous calls and given no explanation. I then changed my vehicle, was told i could not transfer my policy to my new vehicle, the new premium was a stupid amount of money so i cancelled the policy and went elsewhere, 5 weeks later i am still waiting for the refund owed me from cancelling my policy, and thats after the extra £30 they already had earlier in the policy. This company are very unhelpful in every way and i feel they are conning people out of money!!!!!
