Took out a policy in August, like many others just because they were the cheapest. No problems, until November I wasnt aware that a payment hadnt left my bank. Without warning they cancelled my policy (2 weeks overdue) I noticed this due to an email sent on a sunday when their office is shut and could not be contacted! I had absolutly no idea there was a payment issue & like I said no warning. I called them first thing monday, they were not interested whatsoever! Customer service all had different ideas on their policy and terms. Either way my policy stood cancelled I had to pay them £92. I spoke to various members of staff about my policy and not one person could help or assist me, in the end my only option was to take out a new policy with them and pay a new deposit. My premiums have changed, same driver same address but price has increased. Feels like a trick.
I have rated below as poor value for money - although i took the policy due to price, it is of no comparrison if you have to be messed around like this.
