Customer services always takes at least 20 mins to answer. They are rude and abrupt do not listen at all to what you want. I asked to speak to a supervisor answer :- you can speak to who you want you will be told the same ??? Really how very rude I could go on.
All very nice when purchasing and helpful
But wow does it change when you have taken it out
I definitely would pay more next year for if not at least more helpful staff than just some common curtesy
