CHEAP PRICES....BEWARE!! It may come back & bite you!!

I had taken my insurance out with Go Skippy for the simple reason they were the cheapest quote on the comparison website I used.

Had an email two days ago reminding me to forward on my ncd proof, copy of driving licence etc.

So yesterday I thought better get that done before I forget again. Sent via email last night had a responce within an hour saying my licence had been validated but they need proof of no claims discount which I'd sent at the same time as my licence.

I've sent it now about 6 times from proof sent from previous insurer, to my renewal letter, cancellation letter from previous insurer.

Go Skippy original tried to amend my ncd to 0 years with meant I had to pay £192.04 including admin fee which I wasn't best impressed with.

They then sent me an email stating they had contacted my previous insurer who CONFIRMED MY 2 YEARS NCD therefore they would amend my policy from 2 to 1 year meaning I had to pay an additional £122.08 including £50 admin fee.

Needless to say I won't be paying them a penny more! I'll be taking my car insurance elsewhere!

Be very aware of this company. I'll be taking this further after reading other reviews on this site!
