Worse encounter ever - stay away

From the start it was a nightmare. With wrong name on policy waiting in queues on the phone numerous times to then be told everyone is busy and need to get a call back every time already having waited on the phone already fit approx 20 mins not amused.

Not being allowed to discuss my policy that has all my details apart from the named driver which is wrong on there behalf. Sent relevant docs to be told they were accepted then not then when final spoke with someone about all this was told it would now be given to manager to look into and they would call back. Never received a call back but a letter few days later explaining they were cancelling the policy within the following 2 days and was to return cover note.
Returned cover note only to be told they are just waiting on a counterpart of my license to validate policy.
None of them know what the hell is going on for one to the next I had to then quickly take out a policy with another company as they were cancelling mine again having to pay yet another deposit to another company.
Awaiting response from Go Skippy still to see if I will receive any of my deposit back or not .

Most infuriating company to try and get a hold of very unhelpful and outright rubbish
