Paid full money for my sons policy,they took the money then wrote me a letter saying there had been a dicrepensy on details??? And said they wanted another 50 pounds and another 50 pounds on top admin???? Tried to call them several times on several different days on hold for over 30 minutes every time!, then they said the department I wanted was not available and to call back another day
In the mean time they sent me another letter demanding contact or policy cancelled!!!
Never have I ever been treated this way ,it's disgusting and wrong .
Do not get insurance with go skippy!!!!

Please I encourage you to write or email a complaint to watch dog, the more complaint they received about this company the better.

I believe this is a money making company , they attract customers for cheap insurance then used every trick to cancelled or the customers cancelled the insurance Bcz of desperation and annoyance, so they have peoples money but no road responsibilities.
The sad things is they will still charges for every money they can rip you off.

I am one of the victim fell for cheap quote as I don't have lots of money for insurance but ended no insurance , no money, no cars Bcz I cannot afford to ensure again to another company , I hv to stretch penny to save up for new insurance.

We need to take action so this company will not rip more people. Every voice will count.
