I have had an accident few months ago when someone else barged into me from a left hand side.
First i was accused by this insurance company of causing this accident even though i have supplied them with a clip from my in car camcorder showing clearly that it was the other drivers fault. I wrote a complaint to them and threatened them with a legal action, straight after they've sent me an apology letter stating that they have just reviewed the material provided and that it clearly shows my innocence.
It's nearly 4 months after the accident now and still nothing is happening...
