I have just renewed my policy with chaucer direct and i have nothing but praise for them. Earlier in the year i was unfortunate enough to be involved in a collision where we were struck from behind. Our car was written off and we were settled up very quickly, when we purchased a new car i phoned them up and cover was sorted there and then. No hassle and the only extra cost was £25 to change details. We had our own case handler and a direct number and email address which made things much easier if i needed to contact them and not having to go thru various people. I would recommend them to anyone, oh and theu were the cheapest quote too.
