Had to cancel my insurance with Chaucer Direct as my son was too young to be added when he passed his driving test. Pity as they were fantastic when I spoke to them.
Excelled at customer service and not just one of their advisers but all of them were very good.
No waiting on the telephone listening to boring automated messages either.
I will definitely return to them as the new insurers I have gone with are appalling.
They emailed my proof of no claims very quickly and I cannot say enough about how excellent they have been.
Keep up the good work.
Maybe in future it would be good to know they do not insure people under 23 years old.
