I initially had a bad experience with my policy due to an issue with the broker who arranged it. After months of despair and generally getting nowhere with the broker, I contacted Chaucer directly and received help and advice straight away. Within 2 weeks, thanks to Chaucer working behind the scenes, my issue was completely resolved by them even though Chaucer were not to blame!
Would I use Chaucer again?... Well I have, this weekend and I'm confident that I made the right choice.
