Moved address. Used online comparison site, as always, for ease & speed. First came up cheapest. Wouldn't accept full payment online stating I needed to telephone them. Then spent 45 minutes on phone, at my expense, going through same information I supplied online, without an explanation of why I had to phone in first place. Then told I "failed" validation check on my address, despite providing evidence for this, which incurred a charge of £60+ . By this time I was tired & fed up and agreed, which I now regret.
I've previously moved house, as people do, been able to make these changes online, without a "validation check" which has sometimes resulted in additional cost and been able to pay this online........simple, easy & time saving......as it should be.
