Having worked in a call centre for a highly successful company where calls were answered within seconds, you were never put on hold and you were never shunted between advisers. This company however answers after 20 minutes, you are put on hold and shunted from pillar to post only to be promised a call back which never happens. I pity the advisers who are probably given little training and have call handling targets which they can only achieve by promising call backs. My guess is unless their customer services improves pronto this company will not be around for much longer!
