“Hook you with a low then quote then take advantage of you”

I was very pleased years ago with their low quote but year on year they kept raising the price and taking advantage of my loyalty by staying with them. I have now got a quote that is less than half than i am paying with Esure with claims protection too.
Stay away is my advice, they have shown utter contempt to loyal customers like me and have taken me for ride.
