Please please do not take out insurance with this company . I had an accident over 4 months ago and have still not had my claim dealt with . I have made endless phone calls to their expensive number to chase up and still no letters or calls or replies to my emails ! I have comprehensive insurance but seem to be doing the chasing !!

This is the most disgraceful service I think I have ever received !!! They are useless ! A complaint will be going to the ombudsman .
