So my car was involved in a hit and run but a independent witness saw and passed on the detail. The Elephant staff were more interested in getting me to pay the interest than following up with the driver! when they finally did get in touch with him and he took full responsibility they were still treating me as if I was the driver in the wrong. I walked away from every call feeling infuriated and belittled by my own insurance company. staff were the most unhelpful people I have ever dealt with! Never going with Elephant car insurance again!
