I had a accident which was my fault, and nobody else was involved, 1st time ever after 14yrs of driving, i have never had so much difficulty, in getting them 2 authorise my claim. they keep saying im claiming 4 car parts that are not part of the accident, and the people @ elephant, just keep passing the buck.

2 weeks on for a new wing and door respray and still no further forward, i ave even had 2 go 2 my car maker and get a full print out of all my accessories i had as a factory fit, which was declaired when i insured the car, even though none of them are involved in my claim.

7 phone calls later and still no further forward, plus they never ring u back, or even tell u if your claim has failed.

will never use again.
