Absolute disgrace of a company. Cancelled my policy because id bought a new car and they couldnt quote me for it. Rang to request my no claims bonus as they refused to give it to my new insurer over the phone they assured me it would be posted five days later when it wasnt I tried to ring back but couldnt get through cos they were so busy was advised to try online chat but this was timed out everytime after twenty mins. Constantly tried to contact the company for TWO WEEKS with no joy. I even emailed then twice with no reply! Checked to make sure my direct debit had been cancelled with my bank which it wasnt they were still going to take payment despite my policy being cancelled three weeks before!! Bonus was finally posted without any explanation or contact from company. Just received an email today (a week after bonus was sent and 4 weeks after I first contacted them) saying my bonus was posted on the 30th which it wasnt as my letter is dated the first. Theres been no apology or explanation as to why none of my emails have been replied to or why it took so long to be sent. Id advise to stay well clear id hate to have to deal with this company if id a claim to make or more serious matter.
