Direct Line just wrote to me advising they are cancelling my policy, without reason or what happens to refund - I have to use their premium numbers to phone again. I had just renewed and paid in full.
2 months ago I was hit by a car and witnesses provided evidence that I was not at fault - they failed to chase up the other party or witnesses until it pushed them due to the fact they wanted me to pay the excess after repairs. They then sent a letter trying to increase the premium by a further 385 after I had paid for the new year in full due to an unsettled claim. Bizzare
