Direct line took my collision details over the phone. Communicated well and arranged for car to be picked up. My policy has guaranteed car hire so I had one for two weeks. The garage took a little longer to complete so I had to hire a car for a further 3 days. The £70 money back paid for the extra car hire. A really excellent service from direct line car insurance, it doesn't pay long term to skimp on insurance. We have our pet insurance with them. I only wish I could have my house insurance with them but they don't cover thatched properties. A thumbs up to direct line. Thank you.
