I have been waiting for almost 7 weeks now for the repair of a fence that a direct line customer crashed through. The fence has been left in an unsafe state and I have been left feeling distraught and vunerable, which is totally unacceptable. This was not my fault yet i have had to chase around trying to sort this matter out and Direct line staff have been abrupt and unhelpful. I can see why they have reached such a low star rate! I will do anything in my path to prevent others signing with Direct line.
