1. My car was hit about 4 years ago whilst i was parked. Direct Line sorted it out very quickly and the repair was excellent. Sadly i left them later for a cheaper quote. Wrong move i think!. After being with LV for 3 years i decided to return to Direct Line as they are the only insurer (i think) to have transferable NCD...I wanted this as i have just retired and in the event of my demise my wife could continue with the same NCD. When LV didn't supply the correct renewal NCD information(it wasn't dated!) Direct Line customer services rang LV and he got the info whilst i was still on the line.
Speedy and efficient customer service..they were helpful and supportive to me when i think i was a bit stressed up when i found LV hadn't supplied me the correct renewal date.Well done.
