“Great but a bit pricey”

Ive been with them since I started driving 7 years ago, i had to make a claim recently and they were suberb. Within minutes of calling them I had a garage and a hire car phone me to sort out collection and a hire car.
Im never kept waiting long on the phone and the staff are friendly professional and knowledgeable, and easy to understand as theyre based in the UK. Only problem is after this claim they have almost doubled my policy, I dont want to leave them after great service but there are cheaper policies out there, but I'm wondering is it best to keep in mind the phase 'you get what you pay for'.
