They simply did not honour their on line quote and payment taken well before cover start date. After this long delay they came back and asked for another £83 on top of the £206 already taken. The dispute was over proof of NCD which left me no option but to cancel the cover.

To be fair they did process a refund but less about £40 for admin and cover to date!! Also they have still failed to return the documents, all originals as demanded, which proove my NCD entitlement.

Final bit of incompetance, they sent me a closing schedule and their own declaration of NCD for the stated original period of 9 years.

This used to be an honest organisation and easy to deal with but no more. It has all the hallmarks of a bunch of sharks and will probably be reported to their regulator.

I would mention that I did manage to secure cover, better and cheaper.
