I have been with Direct Line car insurance almost since the day they started about 25 years ago and never had any real issues with them hence my loyalty to stay with them but leaving them because I have sold my car due to lack of regular use and they have the nerve to charge me a £26.00 admin fee for a 5 minute phone call to a very rude patronising operative!
Well my wife is still currently insured through them and come August she will no longer be!!
I shall not re-insure through them or recommend them to anyone else and now regret doing so over the years.
I do NOT recommend a company that shows disrespect to a long serving customer
