Prompt Effective Service

After receiving my quotation and completing my insurance transaction I found that I later found that I had a couple of minor queries. On contacting Diamonds' Customer Services Dept. I was very pleased to find that after selecting the service required the phone was answered very quickly. No hanging around listening irritating music. On the first occasion this was late at night and on the second occasion during normal working hours. I found the staff friendly, effective and keen to meet my needs and answer all my questions. The only negative aspect was experienced was during my second conversation when the assistant spoke quickly in what I believe to be a Welsh accent. I had to ask her to slow down to a speed that I could understand. I thought people from the West of Scotland could speak fast but I must take my hat off to this lady. Not withstanding this very minor point she was very helpful, easy to deal with and very keen to provide best service.
