When I had my accident it would of been nice to be spoken to like a normal person instead they spoke to me like they didn't really care. They blamed it on me and didn't contact me regarding the outcome of the claim. They are also partners with elephant and admiral, I found this out the hard way as I called admiral to take up there quote last year and they said they can't do it as diamond is a sister company to them. Howevrr due to being a young driver had to get diamond to match the quote as every other quote was unaffordable. Don't go with them!!
