Diamond Insurance which is part of the Admiral Group has absolutely abysmal customer service.
If there is a way NOT to treat customers, NOT to communicate with customers, NOT to deal fairly with claims, NOT to listen to your customers then Diamond Insurance (Admiral Group) is a shining example in this respect.
They have mishandled claims and have not even bothered to talk to us and have through no fault of my own ducked my no claims bonus for no apparent reason.
A very customer unfriendly insurance company. Complaining to Diamond Insurance and it's parent company is pointless. They don't even bother to respond appropriately or intelligently to complaints.
Auto Express did a customer satisfaction survey and Diamond Insurance came last !!! Position 40 out of 40 insurance companies surveyed for customer satisfaction. I think that really sums up this insurance company. Pretty useless and avoid at all costs !!!
