Being a young driver at 17 i went with Diamond as they were the cheapest at £1800 and seemed like the best insurance for my car.
They tried taking the payments from my account 2 weeks too early and then tried debiting my account for £2100 after "putting a minor into a credit agreement"!!
Got into a car accident 3 weeks after getting my car in which someone crashed into the side of my car writing it off. They dismissed my case immediatly was told by the legal and injury team I "had no case as an ambulance wasn't called" gave me false information all the way through said I accepted liability for the claim when asked for a copy of the call firstly it was "one of the calls that wasn't recorded" then they had "lost the call"
I sent witness statements all relevant information in, informatio of how CCTV footage could be obtained and was none was looked at at all. The put the claim as 100% my fault and closed it without telling me. Then proceeded to tell me how much the other party had been sent out. 4 months later it had turned out that the claim had not been sorted at all when i recieved a court summons!
Completely unprofessional and a vile company to be involved with. 8 Months later and this issue still isn't resolved. Has been advised to take legal action against this company and am strongly thinking about it.

Would NOT recommend Diamond to anybody!!
