I was looking to renew my car insurance and because my present insurer had hiked my premium up for no apparent reason, I started to look around. I found Dial direct on the Confused.com comparison website and was very impressed by the features offered, the perceived value for money and the high defaqto rating they have achieved. Their website is excellent and very easy to navigate and in next to no-time I had a motor policy to suit my needs and at a very competitive price. Since committing to the new policy, I have been impressed by the follow up from them. Customer care is clearly a priority with them and I feel confident that should I need their help in the next year, I will be treated well.
